About the Event

If you attend the organic lunch it starts at 12:00. Meeting begins at 1:00 - 3:00. Qi Gong exercise starts out the meeting and combining foods will be discussed. Dress comfy, bring socks or slippers and a happy smile. We will discuss what to eat for a day in the healthy walk of life. Please bring a notebook or computer to take notes.
